GLP Tracker: Lyvo

This Privacy Policy explains how GLP Tracker: Lyvo ("Lyvo," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Lyvo mobile application (the "App").

In short: Lyvo does not require an account. Your weight, medication, injection, and Apple Health data are stored and processed on your device. We do not sell your personal information or use health data for advertising.

1. Information You Enter

You may choose to record information such as your weight, medication details, injection schedule, dosage, side effects, progress, and related notes. This information is stored locally on your device. Lyvo does not operate a user-account database or upload these records to our servers.

2. Apple Health and HealthKit

If you enable Apple Health integration, Lyvo may request permission to read or write specific health data needed for features you choose to use, such as weight information. Access is optional and is controlled through Apple’s permission system. You can review or revoke Lyvo’s permissions at any time in the Health app or your device settings.

HealthKit data is processed on your device and is not sent to Firebase, RevenueCat, or used for advertising, marketing, data mining, or determining creditworthiness. We do not sell or share HealthKit data with data brokers or advertisers.

3. Analytics and Crash Information

Lyvo uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand general App usage, diagnose crashes, improve stability, and maintain the App. Depending on your device and configuration, these services may process technical and usage information such as:

We do not intentionally include your weight, medication, injection, side-effect, note, or Apple Health data in analytics events or crash reports. Firebase processes this information on our behalf under Google’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment-card details. Lyvo uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status, purchase validation, product access, and entitlement information. RevenueCat may process an app-specific user identifier, product and transaction information, subscription status, and limited technical information necessary to provide these services. We do not intentionally send your health records to RevenueCat.

5. Notifications

If you grant permission, Lyvo may send reminders related to your schedule or App activity. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings. Reminder content and scheduling information are handled on your device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise and this Policy is updated.
